Our Mission & Vision

True North Health’s mission is to provide a home for small, local, independent health related businesses to operate and collaborate in the same space and provide high quality services that help people achieve their best possible heath.  We have a holistic vision that recognizes the value of many different practitioners as healers and the importance of treating body, mind, and spirit.  We know that people heal best when they have command over their own care and function as part of their care team.  We know that healers heal best when they work in a supportive, healthy environment. Our collaborators are located at 516 Beltrami Ave.

Dawn Standera, BA RN offers Craniosacral Therapy Sessions
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands on technique to restore
normal position and motion of the bones of the skull, spine and sacrum,
and to restore cerebrospinal fluid flow.

CTS uses the craniosacral rhythm and system as a guide to correct
restrictions and to facilitate optimal craniosacral function to normalize
the environment of the central nervous system. The result is improvement
